We have one tenant who has recently left one of our properties, but has not returned her key. I have emailed her several times and she promised to send it back, but so far it has not materialised.She has not paid a deposit so I cannot take any money from that to pay for a replacement lock.(Although we do have a guarantor for her.)I know she has another tenancy in a nearby house for next year, so I am not worried about her trying to come back. I just want her key back. Where do I go from here?
