Problem with letting agent

They seem really on the ball granting a tenancy on 30th Feb ( a date which does not exist).
1. If they are a member of a trade body complain to that.
2, Complain to Trading standards.
3. Sue them in small claims court
4. Embarrassment - sit in their office and refuse to move and tell everyone who comes in how useless they are
