hi, i have applied for accelerated possession to the county court.the ast was signed sept 2005 and the tennents father signed as gaurantor.as a precaution i intend sending a letter to him explaining that should i discover any damage after taking possession i will make a claim through county court to recover the costs.do you think this is possible and is this agood idea
