Hello can you please tell me if the deposit for company lets has to be protected in the same way as for individual tenants.

Also you company let tenancy agreement seems to be for limited companies, as I have a diplomat for an embassy, where the embassy is the tenant, is it ok to use this company let agreement and just cross off the limited stated in the tenancy agreement.

If there is any other advice you can give regarding having an embassy for a tenant would be greatly appreciated
