I know of a young man who until two weeks ago did not work, and has never worked, because he was full time caring for his sick mother. His mother has just died and he is concerned that he will not be allowed to remain in the housing association property he has lived in all his life. Does he has any type of protected tenancy or a right to be rehoused by the association ?
