I have a tenant who is leaving the property early - he has paid rent until the end of the month, and is leaving two weeks early - what is the position re. refund of rent paid? Am I obliged to return? do I have the option? Deposit in secure scheme, no problems with damage or cleaning, so he will get this back, no problem.
I can't however "show" the apartment until he is gone, I agreed this because of his other problems.
