I gave the form to a new tenant in a shared property the deed of guarantee Limited form. However the girl has emailed me as her father
is a little confused about Clause 2, which states "otherwise my/our guarantee is unlimited" and the phrase is used again in later clauses. I was wondering if you could explain what this entails. I also don't understand it. The first bit is saying that the guarantor is guaranting the tenants share of the rent. which is fine but then it says the guarantee is unlimited is the bit we do not understand. Could some one please explain it to me. thanks
