Hi, Could anyone advise me of how effective insurance is against non-payment of rent and breach of tenancy agreement?
I want to know whether it pays up, if necessary, in time to prevent problems with the mortgage company.
Or is it a safer bet to put aside a lump sum of money incase of tenancy problems?
Thank you
