Two questions who is responsible for.........
1. Mould on sealant around a bath at the end of a tenancy? Landlord or Tenant?
2. Who is responsible if a shower head needs descaling at the end of a tenancy?
Personally i would put both down to fair wear and tear as everyone gets mould on sealant over time and if in a hard water area, limescale happens, but all your opinions would be really gratefully received.
