Problems with conduct and bad management of Residential Man Co by it's In-house directors

Is there a professional body that deals with complaints into the mismanagement of a Residential Management Company Ltd by it's in-house directors.
These directors are other Flat leaseholders/shareholders which are now running the company office instead of the external agency we previously employed. These new directors are not adhering to certain rules within our constitution and Articles of Association, and pay no heed to warnings over this. Can anybody advise on thi?
