It is from 2006 and it has since been changed to a 'Deed' have we a case against the guarantor who was made fully aware of the responsibilies re the tenancy of her daughter?
My concern is that I have read that only a 'Deed' is enforceable in court, is this so?
The form we used does have a declaration stating it indemnifies the landlord against any losses
