I have a quite a no of propertys which are in both myself and my wifes names.

My children are 11, 14, and 16. Would like to give (chance would be a fine thing) pass on one to each of them as soon as they reach 18 ?

What would be the best way to do this ?? Sell them one cheap ??.

Any suggestions ??
