Hello,

Please can you direct me to the section on your website that allows me to reference check my new tennant.
I have completed the credit check today and will wait for the response, do you know how long this takes?

I am going to let my property to someone who is receiving housing benefit and the DSS will be paying the whole amount monthly, please an you advise me of any other forms I should use in addition to the tenants declaration aggrement.
