I have tried contacting the various companies but it seems like they do not believe.
A few weeks ago apparently our address was listed in the local newspaper against the tenant's name in court announcements regarding a fine for untaxed vehicle.
How do I find out if our address has a bad credit rating?
How does it get cleared?
A court case between us was completed in July but the tenant has decided to request for an appeal.
Should I inform the courts of this situation?
