The tenant left the gardens an absolute wilderness, not having touched them during the 9 months tenancy. It has taken days to return them to the original condition. HOW MUCH CAN I CHARGE FOR THE TIME AND EFFORT INVOLVED?

Also: Can I charge for removal of items left behind (bed, tumbledrier) which I had to dismantle and take to tip? If so,how much?
