I plan to sell a property with tenants in it.
- Do I have to give them notice every time a prospective buyers wants a viewing (they will be reluctant to move out)?
- How much notice for visits?
- how many viewings would be reasonable?
- are there any general tips for selling houses where the tenants are going to have to move?
