Four Reasons Why Landlords Struggle With Their Cashflow

As an experienced professional landlord and property investor with properties here in Luton and the rest of the UK I continually see landlords throwing cash away by not getting the best cash returns out of their properties. There are four main reasons

1 Lack of urgency
2 Poor marketing and sales of their properties
3 Poor customer service
4 Lack of knowledge of how to use the ‘rent to buy’ option to increase cashflow and returns. Just by implementing this one option will dramatically increase the cash returns on your properties.

If you need help with getting your properties let and improving your cash returns on them, feel free to contact me for advice.
