For months I have been contemplating on which is the better option.. investing through a company or investing personally? And I still am confused..
1. Does anyone have any experience with investing via a property company? What are the adv / disadv?
Also
2. Can I add my children’s names in later with a company? Am I able to give shares to them continuously? (so that I can keep any properties I buy and pass them down to them paying minimal inheritance tax?)
3. Is the mortgage given to the director or to all whose names are in the company?
4. In the case of a divorce is the companies assets still at risk?

From what I understand its more difficult and a bit more complicated but a company in the long term is an excellent way to invest as it allows you flexibility with regards to tax and ownership?

Any comments will be appreciated thanks for reading…
