what if the house is fine because a quality job was done?

or in the case of some landlords what if it needs sorting after 1 year?

This reminds me of the management company saying that windows needed paint every 5 years when they could use wethershield and get a 8-12 year period or even longer without the need to repaint as the new tchnology paits are that good.
