As four small landlords each owning a maisonette in a block of 4 we decided to buy the freehold of the property through a company we formed with each of us owning a quarter of a share in the company , everything went well for a while , we even saved alot of money insuring the block as one unit rather than indivually, then one decidednot to pay his share for repairs , insurance etc etc--.We were hoping to get new 999 year leases drawn upbut there is only 3 of us willing to proceedas the other one will not answer letters phone or make any contributions, where do we go from here? Any suggestions would be greatly appricated.
