We own 3 leasehold properties with 81+ years to run. This is part of a major development with many properties in the same situation. We have been approached by a company to negotiate on our behalf for leasehold extension of 99 years. They can manage the whole process on our behalf which seems attractive.

Does RLA knowledge of any such organisations (good or bad) and can it recommend any such companies. We would be interested in Surveyors who we might approach to do the leasehold valuation and the freehold valuation (the three flats are in a self contained block of 6 so we could purchase the freehold.

The area is south Essex.
