If Estate Agent is act on behald the Landlord and they did not signed the Check-In Inventory and Landlord never signed the Inventory. But at the bottom of the Invenetory say Please Note: This Inventory must be signed and reutned within 3 days of receipt. If it is not returned signed within 3 days then it will be assumed that its contents are correct and accepted. If the Inventory is incorrect, then the Landlord/Agent must be notified in writing within 3 days of the Inventory being issued. Should the Landlord sign the inventory or not?
