I have been offered a foreign tenant, endorsed by sponsorship from saudi arabia. It would be a family let for 12 months. The rent would be less then I would receive if I went for a student let in Sept. The foreign let has agreed to a 12 month contract, he has also agreed to pay 5 months in advance, and 2 months deposit. I did verbally agree to the foreign let, but I have set up the house for students and think it may be better to leave it empty until I get to run with the university accommodation requirements? Is this a no brainer, as I can't seem to see the wood for the trees. What would you do?
