Do I have the right to ask a new tenant to remove her new sets of wardrobes which she has had fitted together? They cover 2 sides of the bedroom and tenant admitted they were very heavy. Some cracks have appeared below. Although a builder has passed things as OK but to get floorboards checked next time tenant moves out.

The only radiator in the bedroom has been covered too.
