i have tenants on standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement-the flat is a basement flat and the tenants wish to have 'freeview' or alike added to their tv(the previous sky dish-not installed by myself but by previous tenent with my permission-is broken)-do i have any obligation to provide an aerial to the property to accomodate their new plan or do i just need to give them permisssion to afix(and for THEM to pay for) a new aerial or alike??
