I am in the process of a small courts claim for rent arrears from my last tenant, it started jan time and I havent had anything from the tenants, then today I recieve a letter from the tenants debt agency asking me to fax them info about how much they owe and to freeze the amount they owe me for a month whilst they work it all out....what should I do? thanks
