Burglary - who is responsible for broken down door -Tenant or Me?

Tenant has phoned me, the double glazed front door has been broken down and entry gained to property. Police are fingerprinting and issuing crime number.
Who is responsible for the repair/replacement door. Me as landlord or tenant as it happened during his residency?
