Sorry to be a pain. I emailed a reply to Dave A's message asking for clarification, but have not received a response to the following:-

1. When you put DO NOTHING in caps like that, do you mean under no circumstances put anything in writing because it would be detrimental ?? My intention was just to confirm brief details in letter form just to keep everyone happy. No?

2. From your response, can I just get clear in my own mind - as it will be month on month, this will mean that they must give 1 month's notice and I must give 1 month's notice (or should I give 2?) ?? The present Agreement does not give any notice term, it just details the fixed term dates. Could you spell it out for me pls ?
