Hi,

I have a tenant who started renting a flat from me on 8th April 2010 on a 12-month AST. I would now like to put the rent up and I have noticed that the LHA allowance for April 2011 is lower than the April 2010 rate.

Question: Is the LHA rate that a tenant receives fixed at the original application date (April 2010 in my case), until the tenant's circumstances change? Or is it reviewed periodically?
