i have bought a house, brand new, for rental investment.
It clearly states in the advert "Unfurnished". Which it will be.
Now the prospective tenant is saying that usually blinds and curtains are fitted, and she wants a lawnmower and garden tools for the garden.
SHould I supply these? If I do, what other things will she ask for?
I am not worried about "keeping" this particular applicant as there have been other enquiries, but if they all come up with the same demands??
Any ideas/suggestions welcome.
Thanks
