The landlord serves notice on a tenant to leave for anti social behaviour. The tenant starts harassing and threatening landlord with calls, emails and texts before and after leaving the property. The landlord has asked the tenant to communicate through the correspondence address but the tenant has ignored that request and continues to harass . What courses of action are open to the landlord?
