I have 3 tenants due to move into flat on Saturday. One of them is now pulling out and says she wants "her third" of the deposit back. The remaining two are considering their position as unlikely they can go ahead on their own. I have turned away prospective viewers over the last three weeks as the full deposit was received and now may be left with having to start again. The deposit has been protected with the DPS.

Can (a) this tenant ask for her third back and (b) can any of them ask for all of it back?
