I have been approached by a property company who work in partnership with local authorities to house children & adults in care, we would let to the property company who would then put their tenant in place providing their daily support by way of their own team along with social services. They are keen to view the property again tomorrow with the prospective tenant and a the social worker. I am a bit unsure about the whole thing, not sure how I check them out etc? Anyone else had anything similar???
