Tenant having problems with Ants

One of my tenatns is experiencing problems with ants, is this the responsibility of the tenant or the landlord to resolve/find where they are coming from?

The tenant has previously put ant powder down which had resolved thei issue by the time I visisted later that day. But is having the same problem again with the ants coming into the house.

Is this an environmental health issue that I am responsible for?
