Have any other Landlords holding Mortgages with Mortgage Express recived a letter demanding a meeting to discuss your buisness plans and wanting to see passports, all property details, even for mortgages with other lenders,trading accounts, tax return, upto date details of rental income, voids and valuations?
Saying that if we do not arrange a meeting they will want to inspect all the propertys to make sure we are complying..
The wording of the letter is rarther heavey handed.
I just wonderd what there motive could possibily be other than looking at ways of geting us off there books.
