One of my tenants let her bath overflow this morning - water everywhere. My main concern is health and safety of tenant. Have told her not to turn electricity on while it dries out. Am minded to call electrician asap and move her out until we're content there is no health and safety risk e.g from electrics or from downstairs ceiling caving in. Please advise further!!!!! I have landlord insurance so I imagine I could claim on that for repairs? Thanks for your help
