as Erica Jong so accurately put it... i am after some advice from the membership.

It has bothered me for some time that the few LHA tenants that we have are all, without exception, on the fiddle in some way or another. Most have boyfriends "visiting" on a permanent basis and some even appear to be regularly going somewhere from 9-5 on weekdays.

It irks me that many hardworking families can't afford to rent the same houses that many benefit claimants breeze into casually.

If i know or suspect that my tenants are on the fiddle should i tell the council? I don't get paid anything direct any more as it all goes to the tenants.

views please.
