Hi, I am trying to find out if there is a way of accessing special discounted 'bulk' tariffs for gas and electricity supply. I have 6 student houses and am thinking about moving to an 'all inclusive' rent, but am nervous about the potential cost. Also, how much do you think one should allow for gas and electric per person if I do go down this route?
