Hi all,

Our tenant has called to say there are ants all over the kitchen at their property.

They have previously had an issue with them outside which was resolved with powder and we know they sometimes appear in the warmer weather but that isn't exactly the case at the minute!

Is this something we are responsible for dealing with as landlord or would it come down to the tenant to contact the local authority?
