ok so Landlord says she wants a property back as her locally based mother is ill - this isn't her only property.

Tenants have been in for a year and i have just sent them a new AST dated 30 Mar 2013 to 29 Mar 2014 which they have signed and returned

as we are not into the new contract date as yet - today being 26 March - can she give 2 months notice on a S 21 or not ?

she is willing to pay them some money to move out

Thoughts ? Thanks
