I have recently signed a new tenancy agreement with 2 tenants - a husband and wife. The wife has taken ill. The illness may be a serious, terminal illness - it is not known yet. If so, his 17 year old son will come to live with him. Will I need a new tenancy agreement if this is so, or can I write an amendment to the current 12 month AST?
