Outgoing tenant drilled 4 holes in what was brand new stone lintel - next to front door - when she moved in 7 years ago. Has filled holes with white filler - looks lovely! She is arguing that it is cosmetic damage and not structural therefore does not need to pay to replace. Advice please. Thank you
