Good afternoon, we recently transferred management of a property to its "sleeping" owner. We gave the tenant a section 48 and the owner has decided he wants to move the tenants out.
Their tenancy agreement is still in our name and the section 21 was issued in our name. Does the new landlord/tenant need a new AST/SEC 21 and also he wants to give them notice to quit(2 months)
Is there any legislation which prevents him from doing this because of the change in Landlord?
