Hi I have used the RLA 6 month short-hold tenancy agreement to let my 3 bed house with 3 joint tenants A B C, After 3 months tenant C wanted to vacate , the 2 remaining tenants (A B) managed to get a friend to share (D),
I have tried to set up a new agreement to include him(D) but have not been successful,
The original agreement has now expired and tenant B has emailed to say he has moved out.
Leaving tenant A and D plus another tenant friend of A , Tenant A said he has lost his job and not sure if he can stay on.
Can I get him to sign and the others a new 6 month short agreement allowing them to give me 1 months notice the rent is paid on time and property well cared for
