Hi,

Following a court after submitting a section 8 notice, the judge ruled in my favour for money judgement and possession.

Does anyone have any advice as to which way is best to retrieve the money. I was thinking it may be best for the money to be taken straight out of her wages. I have had advice from many sources. Has anyone got any experiences or advice they would like to share?
