Can I safely assume that as long as I have provided 24 hours notice in writing that I am able to access my property to do an inspection?

My tenant has the habit of telling me it isn't convenient making it very difficult to gain the access I need.

She has done this again but I have tradesmen scheduled to be in to quote for some maintenance works and so would be very inconvenient to everyone to reschedule and I am getting annoyed at being messed around.

Before I write to her, please can you assure me that I do have the right to enter my property as long as she has been duly notified?

many thanks

Louise
