Hi, I need to access the rear of my property in order to carry out repairs to an outbuilding. In order to do the repair I need to have access to a plot of lock up garages as the elevation in question is contained within the locked garage compound. Can you advise me how to get access. The managing agent will not give me the landowner's details in order for me to approach for permission and I wait in vain for some contact.
