Hi friends

I have found that when I advertised in the local papers and Gum Tree for tenants the ones who responded were all rotten eggs. The good ones always semm to go to agensts. I always end up going to an agent to get a good tenant. Has any one found this to be the case? Is advertisig in property websites any better?
