Has anyone got any advice about renting out a garage?

Hi,

I am a new landlord and I have a garage to let out as well as a property. I am going to rent it out separately and obviously I want to ensure it isn't used to store anything dodgy.

Has anyone here got any experience of renting out garages? If you have any tips to pass on I would be very grateful.
