Landlord not aloud at viewings

I am renting my property through a letting agent, they have told me not to be in the property when they have tenants to view my property as they are managing it, am I as a landlord not entitled to be there when tenants view my property as I would like to see the tenants that are going to rent my property? My property is under a fully managed service.
